Agency overages billed at $0.004 per response. Starter responses beyond 5,000/month are paused until the next cycle.
Frequently asked questions
One completed survey submission counts as one response. Partial completions and test responses do not count toward your monthly volume. You can review your usage in the dashboard at any time during the billing period.
The Starter tier supports real-time API submission only. The Agency tier includes both real-time API and batch upload endpoints. Batch processing is useful for auditing data exports from platforms that do not support webhook-style streaming.
Agency overages are billed at $0.004 per response beyond the 75,000/month cap. You will receive an email notification when you reach 80% of your monthly volume. Overage charges appear on your next invoice. There is no hard cutoff: fieldwork continues uninterrupted.
The Agency trial runs for 14 days at full feature access with no volume restrictions. At the end of the trial period you choose to activate monthly or annual billing. If you take no action, access reverts to the Starter plan automatically. No charges unless you explicitly activate.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You retain access through the end of the billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds on monthly plans. Annual plans cancelled within 30 days of the renewal date are eligible for a refund of the remaining months. Contact [email protected] to request a refund review.
Scored response data is retained for 90 days on the Starter plan and 12 months on Agency and Volume plans. Raw survey content is not stored by Besample; only the metadata required to compute quality signals. You can export results at any time during the retention window.
